Jeep grand Cherokee no title

I have a coworker who has taken on a project to cleanup some property. Said property has a jeep grand Cherokee parked on it that needs to go. Don’t have details on it yet, but he’s wondering if it’s worth anything with no title. Obviously can be scrapped in some states with no title but not all. What would RME do?

Here’s the form with instructions. I’ve done it multiple times, never had an issue yet. As long as the VIN is clean (get a VIN inspection done too, it’s another form) it’ll be fairly easy to do.

Or, just sell it as is with a bill of sale.

As far as I’ve been told, needs ignition key was parked with electrical issues. Should be all there but will know more by the weekend
