Rubicon transfer case 241 OR in good condition. 4:1 gear reduction and 23 spline imput shaft it will fit most jeep transmission $800 call with any questions 8018854621 Cameron
 
Ive never played with this idea before but..... Would this work on an AX15 with an almost flat belly pan (Im picking one up from a buddy soon) without clocking it??

I think the 241OR is quite a bit larger than the 231. I'm pretty sure clocking and/or floor modifications would be required for flat belly. Unless you have a body lift, then it might not be bad at all.
 
this will fit with the teraflex belly up skid and a 1" body lift, you could probably even get away with out doing the body lift
