jerky recipes anyone ?

ok so im buying a smoker next week and since duck season is in october and coming soon im wondering if there are any good jerky recipes out there?

I like Hi country seasoning. They have easy to follow instructions and a bunch of different flavor varieties. Most associated stores will have them. Maceys, Dans, Dicks.

It is hard to make good jerky out of duck. Duck jerky does taste better than any other kind of duck though.

on duck jerky, the saltier the better to hide the flavor, I like soy sauce in mine.
