Anyone know where I can rent a JK Unlimited for a few days? Need to evaluate one in my day-day commute and such.

Any chance one of the airport rental companies would have them in stock?
Sounds... like change... Best of luck Marc!!
Not sure. Doing some due diligence before seriously considering drastic change that has been considered for the past 12-18 months. I really don't use the "Jeep" to it's potential that often. Would like to drive it more often and dump the trailer/tow rig thing.... Not real sure I want to there, but thought test driving a JK for a few days would be a nice place to get some good info before making a change that I might regret.

Do you ever miss the smaller size of the 2 door Jeeps? That is my biggest worry about going with an Unlimited. I hated how huge my K5 blazers were on the trail, but I need to fit 3 kids in the Jeep if I'm gonna trade in the tow rig. I'm actually going to the dealer today.Only a complete idiot would consider this.
Tow rig gone, RV gone, and I'm happy with the JK (I did keep my trailer, just in case.)

I wish I could say I'd be happy with the Sport, but I know I'd regret not getting the Rubicon. I just don't have the time to source/build/install axles, and I'm not interested in hardcore wheelin anymore. A Rubi on 35's will do any trail I'm interested in. A Sport would do nearly all of those trails, but each time it struggled I'd be wishing for the Rubi.Rubicon or Sport? I think I'm leaning to the Sport (decent stereo, power windows/locks and little else) side as I don't think the Rubicon axle is worth the $ and would like to stay with the 2.72 transfer case.

The real question is, black or silver? I'm at the dealer now. Pray for me.
