JR machine have a good reputation?

Does anyone know if JR machine has a good rep? They have had my 134L head engine for 5 months and awaiting parts
For example I asked them if they were going to change the water pump and he said he hadn't planned on it. Really...isn't a water pump something you change automatically? He said he didn't know where to get one so i told him try Napa and here's the part #. In stock.
Not trying to turn this into a rant i guess but 5 months going on 6...i'm wondering if i should go pick it up.

i would go grab it 5 to 6 months they pretty much just screwed them selfs out of the business, no way parts are that long coming
