Agreed, there has to be a way to stop this stuff and I think it will have to be thru the political process. Bishop's WSA Release Act and de-funding Salazar's 3110 Wild Lands directive could be the start.

"Highway" definition circa 1880 does NOT equal "highway" definition circa 2011. Judge needs to think that one through.
