hi my name is dustin gatch and im from the flathead indian rezervation in montana. i joined to read some post on jp eater yj spring conversion for my samurai. probably just lurk around and read tech and learn a little about my options for this samurai i just bought.

I have a Suzuki as well. It is totally stock though and sitting in my mom's garage because I ran out of space. It's an XL-7 from 2003. They are much more capable off-road than people give them credit for.

My neighbor has an old Samurai and he says that it drives like a goat up the mountains. I for one am a Suzuki fan. I hope to get a Samurai someday and build it up.

pleasure to meet ya kootenai. My parents live north of Polson on the res. It is a beautiful area. I heard there were some good trails but in my time up there never found any.

thanks for the welcome, i feel blessed to live up here. most areas are shut down because of irresponsible people, which is kind of sad. im not sure where all the trails are either, since im new to this, but i usually go take ol logging roads into the mountains. my friend from kalispell went to moab with his toyota this year and got me very interested.
