My Sub is gone from the parking lot at 4th West and 200 South {sometime between 12 and 3 pm, Tuesday Sept. 6}. (and worse, my golf clubs are in the back)..... Give me a call if you see it (673-3083)

Damn, sorry to hear about that Mark- I was lucky when I got my truck back. Look around for it. No one could possibly want to put gas in that thing!! I bet they stole it for the gas and will dump it not far from where it was taken. I found mine in an apartment complex a block from my house.

I will keep my eyes peeled. Where was it stolen from??

Stolen from downtown with 40 gallons of fuel. It could be anywhere. Gets about 10 mpg if you're rough with the throttle. Left my parking lot sometime between noon and 3pm today.

Sorry to hear, I joke around w/ my wife how bad the crime is around here. I grew up next to Liberty Park and we had some scary times around there every so often. Hope you get it back. Did you have full coverage? Probably not. :(

(I have NO IDEA why that would be a target vehicle. If I'm stealing something, it'd be worth getting in trouble for. A 16 year old Suburban is not worth a felony, IMHO. {.....and I'm P!SSED about the golf clubs})

Thats is messed up... makes me rethink weather I want to move back to salt lake for this job I have or just commute from Evanston.... too bad you don't have full coverage on it... cause MY brand new Ping golf clubs could have been in there too!!!

I'm on the road allot in the city so I'll keep a look out for it too...

It's back! A little worse for wear, but nothing too serious. Mostly as functional as it left me yesterday. I need a steering column, my 3rd seat back and it could use a door and some paint work on the fender. The only personal stuff I lost is a 'cradle' for the infant car seat and my 3rd seat. Everything else (including my CD's) is still with the vehicle, golf clubs, tools, hitches, etc.


THANKS (Huge) for everybody's concern and for keeping an eye out.

SLC PD found my Sub attached to a SWEET 24 ft flatbed trailer so someone could move (hope someone gets that one back). I don't know the details of why the purpetrators got pulled over or stopped or questioned or whatever, but I'm very impressed by the detective that I worked with and by the arresting officers. They arrested both suspects and I have no idea what will happen to them (I'm sure not much) but at least all is well for now. {dialing the insurance co. as I type........comprehensive coverage added :D}
