This isn't your standard which tire is better about these 2 tires thread. If you want to post your thoughts you can. I don't care which I get cause I've had both and like them both.

What I really need to know is where I can get a set of 4 285x75r16 in either tire. I have called every major store just about in Utah Valley and they all say they're on national backorder. Any guys on here work at a tire store that has them or know where some are. I'd appreciate it.

Just throwing it out there, I can get you the Pro Comp Extreme M/T for a fair price, I like it better than both the KM2 and MTR, and no, I don't like it more because I work at 4wheelparts, I like it more because it is a better tire. Quieter on the highway, better snow traction, about the same offroad, and better tread life. IMO.

I've heard that they don't last as long. Is this true? How are they when aired down and is the rubber hard or grippy like the 2 I have listed.

I am leaning toward the KM2. Do you need 4 or 5? You ready to buy now? I plan on pulling the trigger as soon as I know if I can get them. I am told it may take a week to get.
