Knurling Locally?

Anyone know a place (or have the ability/tools personally) to have a part knurled?

Details:
My p/s pump is reverse flow, so smooth pulley running on backside of serpentine belt... I'd like to have knurling on the pulley to help it hold under loads.

I can do OD knurling... I am pretty sure Summit posted something on facebook awhile back about doing ID knurling

Will that chew up the belts? Could you make an idler pulley to increase belt wrap around the smooth pulley?

It already wraps 3/4 around the pulley...
I'm going to try the knurling first... If it's too hard on belts I'll try a grooved pulley with a double sided serpentine...

I would only think it would be hard on the belt if it still slips. Maybe just do a light knurl.
