Larry H. Miller Passes away, 02/20/09

In case some of you haven't heard, Larry H. Miller passed away today from complications due to type 2 diabetes. As a sports fan, I can appreciate everything he has done for the community, and he did a lot behind the scene in charity work.

I will miss hearing him on 1320am talking about the Jazz.

It is sad when anyone dies. Hope his family is doing OK.

He's a great guy.

I used to manage the Fanzz store in the lobby of the Delta Center when I was a teen. Whenever he came in, he would always ask how we were and make sure we were satisfied. And he would always tell us to go into the conference hall and get free food, even though we weren't allowed. But all we'd have to say to the usher is "Larry said we could".

Larry was a Titanic contributor to the world of motor sports, He saw and help realize the dreams of many Utahans’ with the Motor sports park. I hope that those that are managing his many companies continue with his vision and dreams.
