Leaf spring question

I've put a set of wagoneer fronts in the front of my wrangler to stretch it a skosh but they're not very soft. They only settled about 2" when I put it on the ground.

What are some of the things you guys have done to soften them up? I'm thinking of romoving the 2nd and third leafs (starting from the small side) to smooth things out.

Also, I need a full length add-a-leaf if anyone's got a pair sitting around.

I have done nothing. They work very well.
I run them on the Cruiser and on the Commando.

Hmmm...well, I guess I'll have to drive on them first. I've only bounced on them and comparatively to the XJ rears that are on the rear they're much stiffer (of course). I'm betting my little 4 cyl wrangler is much lighter than the V8's you've got.
