leaking rear ff14bolt disks....

I did my own disk conv. with weld on brackets. I need a portioning valve. But the seals seem to leak. I think the pass side leaks more than driver. I know I changed pass side once already and checked for burrs. But it's been months since I have really worked on it. I desided to pick it up again and drive it around. It leaks all over the rotor. What problems do I look for? I have new seals put in with a (BFH LOL) Rubber body hammer and a woodie. There in all the way.... Could it go to far into the housing? The seal is still in the shiney area of the housing.... I am kinda lost and looking for advice before I tear it down.

when you install a new seal, put a gob of grease on it, and be careful not to let the seal hit anything until the seal surface. The grease will keep the seal from getting burned until the gear oil gets circulated.
