This thread is entertaining.

When debating between the completely and utterly morally corrupt candidates I picked the one that probably won't raise my taxes. Let that feed your fire of hatred!!!

Just playing devils advocate here. Wouldn't a candidate be able to campaign wholly in populated areas and still have an advantage over the current system that way?

Good question, but you would avoid full 'winner takes all' in heavy urbanized states such as California where there are rural congressional districts that vote more conservative/Republican than do the heavy urbanized areas. The reverse could also be true in states like Utah where the 4th district could end up going Democratic. I would think that could force more campaigning into those districts since even picking up a handful of EC votes nationwide in states that traditionally go to the other party could swing an election for either side, but who really knows!

And jerrymandering is another can of worms that we need to deal with no matter what happens with the EC.

Not sure that I would trust any fact-finding website like Snopes, or even Google to provide unbiased information pertaining to this. If it's true, it was a brilliant operation

I don't trust Snopes on anything related to politics. The weasel words and slant they put on anything "conservative vs liberal" tells me they're not above deeper massaging of facts when it comes to that stuff.

I agree.
But one guy claiming a super secret operative story while sitting in his Hawaiian shirt on an Instagram post doesn’t scream super reliable information either.
If you read my Insta, I drive a pretty hard story line that Yamahas don’t require maintenance and that KTM’s are made it sweat shops by fingerless homeless children. Doesn’t make it true.

.......Because the kids actually have fingers.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. I'm not voting for Biden as much as I'm voting against Trump. I'm not a liberal. I consider myself a middle of the road guy and I try to vote (or vote against) based on MY principles and values rather than what party someone claims.

I voted last week and it took me a couple hours because I looked up each person the ballot and read and made a decision from there. Yeah, I voted for some democrats but I also voted for some republicans.
I have voted in every election since 1952 Truman and Kennedy are the only democrats and Reagan the only republican. The rest of the time I voted for the best of two evils until I voted for President Trump twice. Trump came through with the Dingle bill although it was not as good as I would have liked and reduced some of the areas like Bears Ears. That said if Biden gets elected we have a fight on our hands to keep what we have now plus the country will be in great danger of becoming socialist and losing our freedom of religion and speech.
