You have Farmington Canyon which is real close. That will take you up the mountain to the towers you see up there. Real scenic. You can also cruise the fire roads at the bottom of the canyon. Thats going to be your closest bet

You have Farmington Canyon as well as Bountiful Canyon. In those you have the road behind the towers in Farmington or Aurther's Trail and in Bountiful you can take the Old Ward Canyon Trail. All of these are close and fun. I go with Jessor04 a lot so let one of us know. We could even do it in the evening.

Not to be an @ss, this is a real question, is there spots up there that need 4WD? Most of that area that I've been in, I'd take my Super Duty up there or the wife's ZJ.

Post up when you're headed. If I can go, I'd like to.

Old Ward Canyon is an easy easy trail but it has a bunch of optional spots that need 4wd (i.e. steep long sections of loose rock),
and 1 spot that is too narrow for my Jeep with a serious drop off (but there is a bi-pass)
Ya you could take a Super Duty up it... but you wouldn't want to... you'd scratch the heck out of it

Mix in some snow (really soon) and it's pretty dang fun

the best part is it's less than 5 min from my house :D
post up when your in town and we'll go up there

Well if you decide to go out the weekend after the first I will be in Oregon. Luckily it will be a good trip, I'll be getting a free 302 and C4 for the BroncoII so oh well right.
