Anyone here from other forums please link this page to your forum.

If you can't make it until later in the day, there are plenty of surrounding roads that will have bits of trash on them... I would assume the dumpsters will be there until Monday.

Hope to see you there.

Sweet, the last count I heard was 56 volunteers  We picked up tons of trash and fixed around 100 yards of fence.

Here's the group before we started out

Myself, Paul and his wife Mariko had a wedding to attend at noon, but did stumble accross the Little Moab area around 4pm... We met up with Meat who was on his way out. He supplied us with two trash bags.

We went up to the main rock playing area, as Meat thought that was the less hit area for trash duty.. we made our way to the east side following where the water would run all the trash down the hill...

Mariko found another large bag, which we also filled up along with the other two we had. After our bags were full, and it got abit warmer, we decided to head back to the dumpster. on our way we found a massive freakin tire...

What else was there to do?

So we got it over to the dumpster..Do we leave it there? How would we get it into the dumpster?

We had to swap the end of the tire that the strap was attached to, to get it to lift up into the dumpster... worked perfectly.

Nice job. That is a lot of junk. I have not been out there for years. Has it been that trashed.

Has anyone thought of seperating out the cans from the rest of the trash. It miight help with money to the U4WDA. I just took 200 LBs of cans in and got over $100.00. All of those cans came off the trails where I wheel. I think I have picked up most of that up American fork canyon last year.

Come one Sami you know you wanted to ride the tire down the hill:rofl:

Sweet pics Jason!

Does anyone know who the person in the yellow FJ Cruiser is?

Cool, hope a rancher wasn't using that tire to feed cows :ugh:

It was totally empty... just in the middle of some sagebrush no signs of feed that I could see although we didn't even think about it...
