Little Moab - Nov 6th

Everyone's invited. We'll be hitting little moab a week from halloween, Nov 6th. Meet at the chevron at crossroads out in saratoga springs at 11 AM.

Brandon's fantasy factory build will be there, as will my "angelo". I'll finally have sliders so maybe I"ll have a little bit of guts this time.


Looks like we turn at mile marker 7.

I will be there foresure no backing out... even if I have to drive the 100 miles one way in my rig I am going to make it...

I want to see that thing in person. I'll be taking it easy since I have to drive my junk back home [and cuz I don't have a roll bar (and cuz I'm a wuss.)]

We'll do a little trail cleanup as we leave. If everyone could bring a glad bag for trash, then we should be able to get quite a bit.

I had to push the meeting time to 11:00. I have a campout with the scouts the night before, so that should give me time.

Im there but i dont think i will have my sliders on but i will have a new welder which will be sweet, i can do when ever for the day as long as i can plan it in
 
if im not at the sema show in vegas that weekend i think i might join in. i think im heading out there tomorrow??? ill keep checking on this post to see whats happening.

Speaking of MM, does anyone know the deal with the bulldozed rocks? I was out there a couple months ago, and it was the first time I had seen it. On the first patch of rocks on the left side of the main road, the rocks on the far left of the patch have been destroyed, leaving a big patch of large boulders. I was hoping this was not a sign of things to come for more of the rocks out there. The area that was dozed did not eliminate any good wheeling (and may have created some extra fun for boulder lovers), but what's going on there?
