Cool, It was a great day, I spotted you and another vehicle on the top of the mountain and Kurt went over to see if you were part of our group, But alas....

Sorry we tore up all the sand ;) Well not really :)
I wondered about Life Flight, I gave a pep talk before we headed out about doing our part and hoping there would be a seven after we left, Its too bad....

I wondered about Life Flight....

Just so you guys know...that wasn't "Life Flight" it was AirMed. I don't mean to be picky, just giving the appropriate people claim on saving these people. It's kind of like watching the Utah Jazz win a game and then telling everyone it was the Phoenix Suns.

No worries, It was along way off and we couldnt quite see the markings, My uncle use to be a Paramedic on Air med way back in the day.

No it's more like Crescent Wrench, most adjustable spanners are not "crescent wrenches", yet they are generally called a Crescent wrench. Same goes for Vise Grips.

Interesting, AirMed obviously stands for Air Medical.... I wonder if they knew about Airmed when they decided to make that conjunction.

Were both of the heli's AirMed? There were two seperate ones... seems one of each?

I don't know. I only saw the one photo and it was definitely AirMed. That is their Bell 430 which is an awesome helicopter. I did a ride along shift with them where we flew three flights in that thing. What a ride!!

You're right; that is a much better comparison and what a facinating parallel on their name.

Looking back through the pics from above, I remember the Helicopter being red on the front and blue on the rear. I do recognize the red and white Air Med.
BTW, The one my uncle flew in was the Air Wolf "Bell 222" type
