Interesting.. i had some fun working in that building. Kincade put on some cool shows in there. I worked there a few times when it was owned by the owner of Area 51. I heard some of the crap that the people who bought it and turned it back into DV8 pulled with Kincade. Interesting stuff. I wonder how much insurance the current owner had on it... course, I've seen more of the wiring of that place than most people, and I wouldn't be at all suprised if it were an electrical fire.
you are aware that's what this thread has been about since Kurt posted right?
plus, they were saying on the news last night that the owner doesn't have insurance on either of his buildings... the DV8 building and the white one right next to it(south)..

Wow....I'm a dumbass.
When Kurt mentioned it was "hot" on Wednesday nights, I thought maybe they had a "men's night" if you know what I mean.
Yeah, I'll try to read the threads a little more closely from now on.
