Looking for a house to rent

I need to get outta my apartment in Salt Lake. Im looking for a small house in the $1200-$1300 range with a shop/garage. Must be in the area of the U as Im going to school still and work alot, and allow 1 pet. Ive been keeping my eye on KSL but its slim pickings. Anybody have any leads?

I don't have anything now, but it makes me smile when homes for rent are hard to find it's good for business
