If you do end up buying a new sleeping bag somewhere other than Backcountry, you should try and send them a letter to let them know that they lost a customer.

Good luck finding good outdoor gear from a company that didn't. Almost every piece of gear I have bought in the last 20 years was made by a company on the list. It really is disappointing.
