Looking for a program

I am looking for a program the will help me make my own diagnostic/help kind of presentation. Not web based, but a sort of Powerpoint like slide show.
Sort of a flow chart slide show. If answer is X then on to Y and if answers is A then on to B.

Does that make sense? An interactive sort of flow chart presentation. This is for a teaching aid, just want a little more interaction then a standard PP slide show.

I poked around cnet/tucows/filehippo/google, but I don't even know what to look for

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated.

Around 1998 I went to work for a company called "Payback Training Systems" It was a startup company that developed graphical training programs. There are programs that do what you are asking, but they are not cheap ... it is a very involved processes ... computer based training systems.

The simple if A then B branches become very complex in a hurry ... especially when you present content, give example, do review and then test. Questions alone get complex in a hurry (i.e. multiple choice, true false, matching etc.) Then you end up needing student lists, scoring, remembering where a student left off etc.
