Suzuki Looking for a Samurai EFI Expert

I'm looking for a Samurai EFI expert to give me a hand. I've got a '91 motor and EFI system swapped into my '86. Everything is swapped over, from tank all the way forward.
Basically it worked great for about a year, now it struggles to get up to speed, particularly up hills. Once it gets going and into third gear and above, it runs fine, but at low speeds, its struggles almost like a carburetor loading up. I've run through the diagnostic chart in the FSM, and everything checks out. I've replaced the TPS, and several other sensors and tuned them to spec. Injector sprays evenly, but still the same issue persists.
If anyone out there has experience and would like to come by to take a look, I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm not an EFI expert at all, but Suzukis have a common problem with the harmonic balancer on the front of the crank shaft working loose and causing the timing to get way off. If you can check your timing, it may be erratic or just off because of the keyway becoming sloppy. It's pretty easy to pull it down and check out. If the keyway is sloppy, you can use steel filled epoxy to get it back running right again.

I'm aware of that issue and have repeatedly check my timing after each adjustment that I made and it has always been spot on. Thanks for the advice though. Anyone else?
