As the title says, my wife and I are looking to rent a house/townhouse in the Layton/Clearfield area. We're currently in Centerville, but we both work further north and would like to shorten the commute. Must haves include 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bath. Ideally 3 bed 2 bath with a garage. Hoping to stay around $1,200 a month. We've looked over KSL and found a couple options, made a few calls, but nothing serious. Do any of you guys have something you'd like to rent or know someone that does? Thanks!
