I have a set of arms I just took off my TJ in favor of longer ones. They would certainly work for what you need them to do, since they are adjustable. (and the TJ suspension is the same as XJ)

These are in really good shape--threads are tight and smooth. The TJ has less than 27K miles on it, so these have somewhere less than that. They also come with free TJ frame brackets attached to one end. :) I'd imagine you'll want to replace the poly bushings in the ends anyway, so even if you destroy them getting the bolts out it wouldn't matter. That said, you might not want them because they're the old-school FlexArms, which weren't known for longevity. But, the price would be right--I'd sell you both the upper and lower arms for less than you could buy a pair of just lowers. As in, "make me an offer" type of price.
