This is on the back driver's side of the engine... I didn't even know it was there and nothing is plugged in to it. It's leaking oil and I either need to plug it off or replace it.
LS Experts tell me what sensor this is?

After looking more at your pics that looks like the oil pressure sensor. The two sensors back there should be the oil pressure sensor on the left and the cam position sensor on the right.

I broke mine clean off so its not nine miles tall and just left it in there. If you plug it i am certain its a metric pipe thread. Pull it out and reseal it and run it

But stuck more often.
If the housing is leaking (common) then you will need to replace it with either another sender or buy one of these and put a 1/8" plug in it.

I would do that but it is leaking up through the center of the unit so it's not leaking around the threads. It looks like a lot of people tap it for a 1/8 NPT and put their sensor in it. I've already installed my new sensor so I could just tap it and put a plug in it and see if that works.
