anyonne here a mazda wizz or have wiring diagrams for a mazda 3 2004? The clutch on the A/C compressor is not getting enough voltage to engage fully and i assume it is high resistance on one of the wires but im stumped with out diagrams need some help on this one thanks call me if you can help or post up 801-803-4567
 
Our mazda 3 AC has also been acting weird lately it will kick on and then off and then on and then off and it will sometimes stay on for a while. But i have been super busy and havent had a chance to play with it yet
 
If it is kicking on and shutting off it might be getting low on refridgerant. The compressor can detect if it is low and shuts off. Atleast that is what happened on my truck and my neighbor who is a Suburu tech told me is usually the problem.

i discovered last night that is looks like one of the connectors right along the radiator support is missing half of it and it controls the magnetic clutch. The weird thing is i can have the A/C button off and look at the compressor and teh clutch is sitting there not spinning as is should, then i turn is on and the clitch starts spinning with the pulley but the air does not get cold so im confused why the clutch appears to be engaged but no cold air and i just had the system charged?

you my friend have low refrigerant or your temp sonsor is bad
 
it didnt start doing it until i had the system recharged this spring. If it was to full would it cause this problem???

If you look on the connector diagram C-16 connector is missing half the connector and i cant find it in the harrness so im un sure on what to do i might try going to the junk yard and getting one
