Meat Smoker

And now I don't mean MEAT as in the person and I don't mean Poll as in the well you know LOL

I can grill fairly well and want to try my hand at smoking ribs, brisket, etc. Any advice for a novice? Is there a good beginner budget smoker available?

negative....I've never tried to smoke anything while cooking, so I can't help. You just wanting to do this on the grill or something else?

I mean using a dedicated smoker and not the gril. Something that is designed to smoke/cook for 5-15 hours.

Here is what I use all the time I love it I have found apple wood works the best .For the cooler times of the year you will want the insulated cover for it .

We have one of those it works great! But we mostly just smoke fish...
