Hey Santa, can I get a truck for Christmas?
Along the trail we ran into this super rad Search and Rescue D90.. Capable, and cool, little bit funky lookin, hard compound tires... like, really hard, but just went.. Almost as if there was no driver..
Oops.. flopped it.. Good thing LemonJoy was back there for recovery duty..

I had a great time on Lockjaw and Green Day! That Samurai-eating tree wasn't too bad, only claimed a broken mirror and a little scuffed paint. I was a bit more upset about destroying yet another Irok... that's two in the last three months. I got a great deal on them, but enough is enough. Ordered a set of bias-plys this morning!

Jason... you took some amazing pictures, great stuff with that camera. I love the shot with the dirt flying off the tires... and the panoramic shot. I may have to steal those, with your permission of course. It was nice hanging out with you & Dom for the day, we enjoyed having you guys ride along now & again!

Chris got a fun call at work today. Dave, the older guy in the white Jeep, thanked Chris profusely for letting him and Robert tag along with us on Sunday. He said they had a fabulous time, it was so much fun, and they were so impressed with how helpful and friendly everyone was. Robert had seen everyone's RME stickers and has already been on checking out the site as well!

Thank you for the kind words about my photos. I really, really enjoy taking pictures. It's very rewarding for me, and i'm thinking that i should do something with it... maybe? i dunno..
Oh hey, any shots you want you got.. Lemme know which ones, and i'll send you the unmolested fullsize pics via emailio... or, i could send a cd of all the pics/videos to your home.
I'm down! Luckily most the trail was hikable for an out of shape chub like myself... Cause the fuel cell isn't made with butts in mind
Your family's pretty cool to be able to put up with you.. I'd be careful that your boy doesn't become a better driver than you in a few years.. wait... weeks I went pretty crazy with the camera this trip. I felt like it was always in the hands. I'd say a normal weekend of wheeling would use up one set of (2)AA Lithium batteries... I went through 2 complete sets. 600 pictures(some panoramas) and maybe 30 mins of video combined.. I love it..

i have a really small bendable tripod that i use now and then.. I went ou ton a limb and trusted them to not run over my camera
