Here's a few pics from our Helldorado run on Sunday. :)

Had a great time! The only carnage was an axle u-joint on Greenjeep's front end starting in on the trail.

Here's a first set:

That was a great time, with some great people! Chris, Dave, Shane & Rhett all worked hard to make sure everyone made it thru the trail with no serious issues.

Between the spotting, pushing, winching and bit of wrenching, it was a fun day. That's the 2nd time I've ran Helldorado, the last time was 4 yrs ago and Breakover Rock was quite diffrent. 4 yrs ago I drove right over it, this time I was hung up for a good 10-15 minutes. Guess that's what i get for having a 109" wheelbase, 35" tires & 4" of lift. :D It was really neat to watch Chris and the Bronco cruise right over Breakover like it was no problem, he had the perfect height to clear it.

Huge thanks to everyone helping me drag the 4Runner thru Helldorado... and thanks to Shane for winching me out the top and out of certain disaster!

Some of the photos have a blur on top and bottom... wind + sand = half working lens cover.

I saw those, at least your camera still works. :-\ It looks like it's sleepy. :D

I need to fiddle with mine, blow out the sand & see if I can get the pics from Pritchett downloaded to my computer.

Looks like lots of fun. Did anyone attempt to drive the waterfall?

Shane gave it a few attempts, as did Rhett. Rhett got real close a couple times, but it just didn't happen. As we were pulling the last few rigs up, Kelly pulled up behind us and gave it a go over & over. We headed out before he got up, but not before he flopped into the hole on the left. They had a strap on the back of his rig & tugged him & then he drove out of it.

WOW, the area after Breakover Rock is HUGE to the right now....used to be you had to make a hard left immediately after getting un-stuck where Greg was. I guess everything gets easier with time, huh? :(

We had a BLAST!!!!!!!!! Thanks guys for everything, sorry I broke. For the record, 4 of the 5 of us were running 44 front ends, and two of us have 44 rears.

That still doesn't make it right. :p

WOW that was a great day! We had way too much fun and are already counting the days till we can do it again. I think next time I'm going to buy the 400 lb racheting strap instead and see if that works better!:p Thanks to Herzog for being the fearless leader, it was awesome!
