I was kinda waiting until I got more of the pictures in... but some people are being slow -_-

My camera b!tch seemed pretty laz.... err... seemed pretty tired on this third day of wheeling and he mostly just rode.

Rock Chucker was covered in snow/ice... I tried many times and came close a couple times, as of yet I don't have any pics of that. Widow Maker had about 4 inches of snow at the base and a nice snow/ice puddle on the first step, no one seemed very interested in it, there are no pics of it.

Anyway, here's some of what I have...

That's where my pics end because Wayne slid and got tippy so I had to go get the Blazer ready for strap duty... he kept climbing until he was all but up at which time he cased on the rock and told me to pull.

I know it doesn't look like it, but I was going backwards here... couldn't just climb it because the ass end would walk over towards roll town so I had to bump it in reverse... that was an interesting feeling in the tummy

Wayne just dug holes so I drove around to pull him up so the repairs could start

We were still quite a bit from the truck and I am headlightless... so as soon as I knew he didn't need the work bench anymore we bid them adu and Chris lead me to the highway. We hauled butt to 313 with plans of Chris giving Chad a ride to the truck... when we hit 313 I decided to have Chris follow me with his hazards on... made it all the way back to 191 with only seeing one truck, then burned down to the parking lot just in time for Scoutabout to cruise by on his way home.

I learned that headlights are not under rated (actually learned that on Friday while driving that narrow windy cliffy road coming back from Golden whatever using Waynes headlights... did I mention it was icy?) and that my truck drives like a stock Blazer at 70mph on 38.5 TSL SX's with 10psi :eek:

I thought you put the strap on me to keep me from going over? After I drove about 2" further, I felt the front end come down and it was all go after that. That was definately a neat obstacle, glad I spotted it :D


I'll look for my Photoshop CD today and get my pics resized. I should have some of you...

I only took out slack until you got hung up and waved me on, you made another couple ledges between hooking up and getting pulled.

Oh yeah, that's right... I got high centered and the ledge on the right was much too big for 35's. You even had a hell of a time with 39's and a much longer wheelbase.

Ok... No resized... I'll get the pics downloaded/renamed and sent off....
 
I think I have some more picts. I'll check at home. that ice on the way up was crazy. I think that was the sketchyist part...

OH and I got hold of a V8 ZJ tie rod and that should beef up my steering pretty good until I can afford some better stuff
