man that looks like a fun trail, after the rain.. i don't think my jeep would have had fun, cause i think im "way" over done for that trail.

So not the case, I wouldn't say your over built.... I take my yota & the buggy up there all the time... it's about enjoying the view, the rich history, the wildlife, being w/ good company and having fun on a different level of four wheel appreciation.

Who knows you might subsequently end up being a recovery vehicle or you could introduce new wheelers to tread lightly concepts. At the very least you could use the fact that you were picking up misc trash as an excuse to get your rig out. :D

Well said Ryan! It's not the same wheeling mentality as little moab. This trail is for the scenery, the company, being in nature, and soaking it all in.

I also noticed this morning that I had lost all my wheel weights on my driver front. Luckily my tires seem to be pretty well balanced on their own so I never even noticed on the drive home, I'm pretty sure they were on their way out anyway after my last trip up Waynes World.

I felt the same way about my tires. I didn't notice hardly any vibration even with my track bar loose.

Dempsey, you are a live saver with those shots you got of my jeep. I got so caught up (pun intended) that I didn't think of it. And to be honest I think you and kevin have some serious courage do do this on a stock rig. I know people will say they have done it and I don't doubt it but seeing is believing. I know I never would have. I'm not going to lie I honestly didn't think you were going to make it out where we got stock that was some great driving.

All in all it was a great trip with great people. Got to meet great people and be envious of steve and his doubler. It got me thinking of doing something like that for my jeep. Hopefully it's dry on our next trip and I can see it in action UP hill lol.

So Steve, I scanned back through the thread and didn't see anything about your t-case mods! Well, do you dig your duals?

I definitely dig the duals. I still think they're one of the first Nora Toyota owners should make. I never wanted to be any lower, and it was nice having so many gear options. 1st was actually too low for a lot of it since it was wet and I didn't air down much.

The skid definitely hangs low, I hit it a few times. I'm so glad I went with the duals.
