Yes she was none too happy. Crusierboy was just enjoying the high-water, all of a sudden the soft mud underneath started sucking him in on the passenger side. Next thing you know I saw the reverse lights come on, just before they dissapeared under water. The cowards started ripping off their clothes and jumping ship, while the brave ones were bailing water. I came running with the recovery straps, but it ended up taking two Jeeps to winch him out. You could actually watch it sink as we were running the winch lines. Tug, tug, tug and out she finally came. So we had lunch while the cruiser bathed in the sun. After drying out she ran fine the rest of the trail until they hit the canyon coming back towards town. Turns out the transmission doesn't like to run on water. Good day gone bad. But it was still better than work! P.S. The old chevy never stalled under water!
