MOAB, (pritchet, greenday, heldo)

Im a little late posting this up, better late than never.
I thought some might like to see some trail pics before they head down next week.
we started by hitting pritchet thurs morn. the trail was in great shape! (thanks to the friends of moab crew!) always a fun trail! chewey was a little taller & there was a couple spots with some water pools, other than that it was another great day in pritchet.
D climbed the rok pile in his runner, I made it up the big double steps that come out of the sandy wash, which was a first for me.
we ran into a couple guys from RME (turbohaulic) we had a good time hangin out with them for a bit.

heres a few pics

sat, we headed out to BFE to play around on green day & heldorado.
we started on green day & headed up the wash, I had not gone up the wash before, theres some fun stuff in there. when we got to suicide hill, I decide I wanted to give it go. footage of that climb just doesnt do it justice, that is a pretty dicy climb. I think I did my best driving of the weekend, coming down suicide hill in reverse  I hit it a handfull of times & came real close on a couple, with my tires over the top ledge.
After green day we went & hit heldo, the gatekeeper had a pretty deep pool of water in front of it, so we dropped in from the side.
then made our way through the tight corner (bolth our rigs are pretty big so its always real tight)
then made it to the breakover rok, last time I opted to try & squeeze throught the boulder & the canyon wall & I got lodged pretty good so I wanted to try it again  after I lodged myself in the exact same spot I ended up snapping the 2 bolts on my housing that act as U-bolts for the leafspring on the pas side. so we lashed some ratchet stapps on to hold the axle in place.
It seemed to hold quite well, I checked the staps again when we got up to the water fall. D could tell I wanted to climb it again, so he told me to go for it.
I probably shouldnt have, but I did anyway. I made it the first try (fun climb!)
then we headed out to the trailers before it got dark.

heres a few more pics

after I lodged myself in the exact same spot I ended up snapping the 2 bolts on my housing that act as U-bolts for the leafspring on the pas side. ( Ill try & load a vid clip later)

That was why I ended up linking my front, I broke those damn studs three times in one summer. The last time I had gathered most all of my stuff for links, and I tried to easy out the broken studs like the last two times and this time I snapped the easy out into 100 pieces, so in went the links :)

great pics :D
