We mounted them backwards on the recommendation that they get better traction that way. Having only run them backwards, I can't really say for sure, but I have been mostly pleased with how they hook up.

I had heard of this but it was for the Mickey Thompson Baja Claws. I would be curious to see if it is also true for the IROK's as well.
