Moab: Coyote Canyon, Hells Revenge & Lower Proving Grounds (July 2004)

This weekend, I was invited on a Moab trip with a bunch of the guys from the RME. Thanks for the passenger seats, guys! As far who was there with their rigs, there was:

-Blacksheep

(Did I miss anyone?)

We hit Coyote Canyon & Hells Revenge on Saturday, then Lower Proving Grounds & the ARCA Comp area on Sunday.

Great trip, guys. Can't forget Stripeshirtman and Ogre (Is that how you spell Ogre?) who also came along for the ride. ;) Coyote Canyon was a lot of fun, but it sounds like it has changed a lot in the last year 'cause it was far easier than I expected. :( I'm gonna hafta rip the whole rig apart and build one-o-them fancy new low and light things so I can get my arse up the last little bit of that last climb after Lower Proving Grounds... :D

I seen:

2 hours of sleep Friday night
1 electrical fire (well, almost)
Pool chair acrobatics

Good times. I also was a bit surprised Coyote wasn't more difficult. Deffinately a SWB kinda trail though.

The sleep amount sucked, but i thought we did darn good with the chairs. :p -_-

I saw you guys leaving town on Sunday and I saw mbryson arriving. I was at the Best Inn. Looks like you guys had fun.
