moab trip

I'm thinking of going through the Swell on the way to Moab.

I'm looking at taking Green River cutoff from highway 10, then south on Cottonwood wash, then onto Smith camp road, then on Buckmaster road and 4 corners mine road to 70.

Is it doable in a Cherokee with 32" tires with trac lok in the rear?

Will rain make a big difference?
