Motorcycle Fender Holes Filled and Painted

Over the winter I plan on getting the holes in my rear fender of my motorcycle from the license plate mount filled and then having the fender painted. I want to keep the same paint job, so hoping I can find a good shop. There are 4 holes, ~ 1/2" in size. Anyone know of a good place? Also, I am guessing that this job will likely cost me somewhere in the neighborhood of $400. Is that realistic or am I way off base?

Is that candy paint? If so, you'll need to find a good shop to be able to match it. Do you know who did the paint job the 1st time?

What about putting an emblem there or something.

It is factory Harley paint. I currently have an emblem there, but would prefer a clean smooth look.

Tk1 on here can definitely do the paint. Not sure on the holes.
