Don't know how it happened. It's on a bike at a dealership that I am looking at. Trying to get them to fix it before I purchase, but don't know that they will so trying to figure out my next best option.

They won't fix it there, they will just send it out to someone like me. Which dealership?

It is in Phoenix. I just talked to them and they won't come down on the price for me. I was hoping that with the scratch I could get a better price and then get it fixed myself.

Have any pictures or the air cleaner and side cases? I see a huge red flag here for a Harley. An air cooled in an extremly hot area, probably rental, high mileage, that's been dropped. NOT what I'd be shopping for.
