As soon as it's back together, I've just been super busy and havnt had a second to mess with it really

I've finally set away some good quality time to get my motor done so I can go wheeling again.

Here's the motor all stripped down and painted.

Here is my crankshaft as I got it back from crankshaft grinders

And they cherried up my pistons too!

Now I just need to put it all together! Hopefully before ejs! I really want to make suicide hill! And I want to have enough time to put my cage in the truck from my green runner

I got my crankshaft in, plastigauged, looks good, so then I started putting the pistons in and I've noticed that the piston rods have a bit if play in them front to back (thrust play I think?) no movement up or down that I can tell just front to back, is this normal? Or am I screwed?

Yes, there should be a little movement fore and aft.
