What a freakin' Byzantine, overly-wrought flick this was. It's set in the "near future", aka "the present that isn't, because it didn't turn out that way, duuuuhh", with really Draconian Homeland Security scenarios running amok all over the screen. I'm not really sure what the f**k the movie itself is ACTUALLY about, because the "plot" seems to have been written by a drunk and 3 other dudes that were all baked, tripping, or some combination, and it made very little sense.

There is an actor, married to the daughter of a politician, who goes missing, and is apparently a test subject for the inventor of "Fluid Karma", an almost limitless tidal-based energy source, and who may or may not be involved with the "Neo-Marxists", who oppose the actor's in-laws.

RIDICULOUSNESS ABOUNDS! AND IT'S 2.5 FREAKING HOURS LONG!!!!!!
