so i am sone with the AF in 2 months and will be moving to utah

i bought my jeep in Germany, were if you wheeled and got caught they charged you a euro per blade of grass that was damaged,
so i obviously did not do anyoff roading

upon arriving in NM i found out i am on a plaeuta and the nearest curve or hill is some 90 miles away, so all they do here is get muddy when it rains.

i don't like mudd it is a ***** to clean. (besides it doesnt look good on Gold)

i have never really gone 4X4ing since i previousy ride was a 77 EL'

i have the 2.4L and am looking at making a lightweight crawer, but untill i get another car it will be my mall crawler

we are currently looking at those houses around harrison but above 21st st in Ogden. somewhere close to the mountains would be great.

i didn't hate it before. besides where else can you find $70,000 houses that are pretty damn decent.

i have said it before, Ogden the worst city in Utah, is still a better city then what i grew up in.

i would like to live else where but i plan on working on base, and finishing my last 5 classes at webber st.

I would say the area is more South Ogden which isnt as bad as Ogden, but I did move from there to West point for a reason....

Are you PCS'ing to Hill or getting out and just moving here?

I assume getting out, I had a friend that PCS'd to Ramstein when I came to Hill from Elmendorf, almost thaught you were him, Mike is it maybe?

Anyways, Theres plenty of XJ's floating aorund so you can ditch the 2.4L, most of them even built lately are running around 15-2500$, so thats an option also.

You'll like the area and the wheeling here, theres alot of trails and things to do within a couple hours of the Northern Utah area.

Job wise, you have anything lined up? The USp guys on base are making around 17.10$ an hour right now and looking to be 18.50 after the new year, call Dan Calder at 801-777-8826. Im not trying to pimp a job but if your prior Mil, they hire you right off the bat.

And lastly I have to ask what did you do on Active? AFSC?

i am a 2W171 weapons i was trying to get a job in the market of 55k a year. but i think i will be living off of unemployment for awhile, 35 sounds better than unemployment anyway

so thanks for the heads up

well we got out bid on the house in ogden so we will be renting a flat in Hyrum outside of Logan

so i have arived, not to bad a place so if anyone sees a gold jeep in logan it is either me or my wife.

sadly however i don't think i will be here for too much longer. i have a job opportunity elsewhere that i am serious about taking so who is up for some wheeling? i have to take it off road at least once

is there a seat for little moab open? I wouldn't mind jumping on board. or well as long as i'm off road maybe I can drive my jeep.

yah, so i have been living in Saudi Arabia for 9 months now. the whole Utah thing didn't last. so i am going to move to Utah again in Mar. but this time i am trying to get the job before i move. save myself from having to take an overseas job again
