Tell him to read in the Utah Criminal and Traffic code book under section 41-6-150.10 And then give him the finger and leave. just make sure to have your flares out enough to cover your tires and have them cover the whole fender all the way to the bottom of the body.

Hey, shouldn't we be careful with what is said about businesses and their inspection habits. You never know who might read your post! The wrong person just might start an investigation and get the poor guy into trouble. That would be a shame for someone who is trying to do you a favor.
Just a thought!

I will give you sound advice. go to a small shop for IM/ INSP. THey will be more leinient but yet still thourough. Your brake pads are to low, but who cares about your licenceplate light. Keep that in mind.
Oh and if your tires stick out to far in the front like with illegal spacers then yes you need flaps. I've had the talk LOL

yeah they better. the self tapping screws didn't wanna go in, and the drill was at a wierd angle so it was that much harder. i jope they're worth it. cause i hate them!

now all i'd need to be 100% legal is a liscense plate light.....is anyone gonna notice that one?
