Do trailer hitch mounted mud flaps count as mud flaps for safety inspection? Like the big ones to prevent stone chips on trailers and stuff one might be towing?

They want mud flaps, i'll give em mud flaps, sad part is, if they were any shorter, they wouldn't be legal. I really hate them, everyone looks at my truck and instantly thinks REDNECK.

That and no doors.

The flaps are almost a mock to the system. How dang big they have to be. Escalades should have them then, My dad's dodge with 20's end up being 33'' tires stock and no flaps.

You are a REDNECK!!! Stop lying to these people and start telling the truth you know your the type of guy that would use a ironing board as a spoiler on a Lexus...
All the law says about mud flaps is that any altared vehicle needs flaps that cover 100% of the width and 50% of the top half (down to the axle tube) It doesn't matter how they ar mounted as long as its SAFE.
Crawlin Bear on the other hand I'm surprised you didn't use staples and packing tape to attach those flashy turds....
