2014 is drawing to a close and an early case of winter cabin fever has me looking back over what turned out to be a amazing year. Work, travel and play... all while surrounded by fantastic family and friends, new and old alike. Words alone wouldn't do this last year any justice, instead I hone in on a single photo that serves as the best storyteller. With that said, I give you 'My 2014 in Pictures', chronologically ordered:

Celebrating the holidays with the family.

I'd like to say "thank you" to the many people I shared adventures with this last year, I sure hope we can do it again in 2015. Lastly, thanks for any photos I borrowed, I've collected them throughout the year and tired to credit them when not my own, if you see one that belongs to you and want credit, lmk. Previous year in pics: 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013

Now, let's see your 2014 year

Needless to say, it was a great year despite being tied up for 3 months working way too much overtime. We'll see what 2015 brings... I'm looking forward to it. ;)

I started a reply, but realized I had waaay to many pics to choose from, but none were as cool as what has been shared. :(

We were pretty blessed this year to get out and enjoy time together. We have got 2-3 activities/trips from each month. Most of them close by, none any farther than Moab. We have made it a goal to visit new places as often as possible instead of the usual camp spots. We have had our eyes opened to what amazing places we have right here in Utah.

A few of the highlights for us are:
-Goblin Valley/Cainville area. We spent 4 days for the Annual Brian's Birthday Bash.
-3 days up Diamond Fork canyon testing out the new KTM
-3 days at Jordanelle with the Wave runners
-5 days in Southern Utah for UBAD event.
-3 days in Moab acting like tourists.

Kurt, how to you compete with all your previous years? :) So many amazing adventures.

There was a dude living in a van down by the old Chevron in Draper when I was in high school. We used to visit him at late hours with what started as "door-bell ditching" and ended with long chats about the philosophy of life and adventure. Jason might actually remember visiting him too? Anyways, he once told us... "there is no life without intensity". It's about the only quote I've never forgotten :D
