My biggest purchase ever!!

Well I just closed on my first house today. Bought it for sale by owner. everything went so smooth. I move in tommorow and am SO excited!! No garage, but it has the PERFECT place for the PERFECT garage!! Anybody know where i can get some cheap concrete for a driveway and pad??

From what I've heard if you aren't a General Contractor you aren't getting concrete right now.

Congrats! There is nothing like owning your own home. Be cautious about the "cheap" concrete, my parents put in a new driveway 2 years ago, and it looks worse than mine that has been in for 20 years

A friend of mine does it. I'll get his number for ya. Definitely cheaper than a regular place and I can speak for their quality.

Ya my friend does flat work, but hes limited to like 100 yards a week or something like that. Its hurting him.

I agree, my neighbors son and brother are concrete contractors, you aint getting enough to do anything unless you pay.

Ive already payed for the floor of the shop, that was in June, still waiting.....
