Jeep My homemade sway bar

Water jet.....As soon as I get my ram assist all installed I'm gonna work on the sway bar.
--I was thinking about milling some cool designs in the arms?

I had to order sway bar bushings----- the route I was gonna go had clearance issues :-(

Turned out nice. How did you figure the spring rate for your torsion bar?

I just guessed & used 1"----- it seems stiff, but we"ll see?

I will have to experiment with it.... I have clearance issues so I'm limited. That's why I am using such short links between the arm & axle

If that doesnt work due to packaging, Flip it and run it on your axle and put the links up to the frame. That's how mine is mounted. I put a piece of tube across the top/front of the truss and then used derlin bushings in the tube and then ran theinks up to the frame. Works great on mine.

Looks good! Have you checked it at full droop? With that short of end links you might have an over-center problem.
