Mike, I was expecting magic when it came time to cut the keyway. As with all magic tricks, once the secret is out, the trick isn't nearly as impressive. I would have snapped pictures with the assembly spinning 1000 rpm's and showed the tool steel in the chuck. You would have really blown our minds then.

Procharger Pulley Finished!

Ok, the pulley is DONE.

The keyway cutter was flexing so I welded it to a 1/2" thick piece of steel. I also gave the tool a more aggressive point.

I tested the fit on an electric motor with a 7/8" shaft. The fit is even better than the factory pulley.

Next to the 3.7" pulley. This one came out about 3.15".

Window roller upper knobs

My plastic window roller upper knobs have been broken forever, so I've been using nuts and a screw. Time to fix that.
