Strausburg Machine, Lindon Utah.

I agree, Strasburg all the way. I've had a Toyota 22RE, AMC 401, and a Ford 7.3 Diesel built by these guys. Great prices, fairly quick turnaround, excellent quality, and their knowledge is second to none. They do get a little busy in racing season, but my stuff has always been done when they said it would be done.

Speed beats up Sparky.
I just had RPM build a 351w stroked to a 393. I haven't cranked it so I cannot attest to the quality of their work. I think they know their stuff, but I guess the proof will be in the pudding. I wasn't in a rush to get my engine back, but they did take a while to get it back. I will use them again. They came recommended by the guys at Mt. Logan.
