So a couple weeks ago we got word that my sister inlaw from south carolina who I havent met yet was going to be in Vegas for a class she is taking in college so we booked a room and will be driving down on June 3rd and planned to come back home on the 4th. Well we just got a call today that my wifes other sister in Arizona just cut her hand REALLY bad with a table saw today and will need help with her 4 girls all under 10 so my wife wants to go down there to help her out while she recoups but a plane ticket back is a couple hundred dollars and a rental car for me from there to salt lake would be even more.

So my question is will anyone be travelling through Vegas up to the Salt Lake City area at that time that I can hitch a ride with and help pay gas and meals?

well after talking to the wife some more if I can get the sidekick fixed before the trip I will be driving down in that and we will be taking the two vehicles down. I will post up when its a sure thing and see if anyone needs anything picked up along the way and brought north.

well my exhaust nearly fell off on the highway lastnight and on saturday night I was trying to pull a jeep cherokee that was high centered on a front diff up at the B and there was a LOUD pop and on the way down from the B at stop signs there was a bit of clanking, I havent had noise the last couple days from that so im hoping it was just and automatic hub I can replace easily.

I am in St George now and going home tomorrow(Kaysville) and then back down to St George Sunday and then back home again Friday if any of those days work for you in either direction I will haul you either way and for FREE.

yes thats right steve miracles do happen and I did get out ALITTLE finally but I didnt push it because I had the inlaws and no money to fix big breaks. We liked playing in the mud up there saturday more than the rocks, with all the large people in the sidekick it was kinda tipsy.

Steve at Rays Muffler In Bountiful will take care of your exhaust. He's a jeeping guy to boot

ya didnt really like the service ive got there before so ive been going up to Shane's Automotive up on Orchard Drive and he took care of me right when I pulled up. Apparently an exhaust hanger ripped a hole in the piping so he just halfed a piece of pipe and patched it up for $26. Now I need to get everything else checked out. I dont think the hubs will be an issue since I dont plan to wheel while on this trip so im going to leave that alone until after the trip and put some manual hubs on when I get back.
